Appointment Policy

You and your companion deserve ample time and attention during every visit to Angel Animal Hospital.  Therefore we prefer to see our patients by appointment. A scheduled appointment ensures we have enough time to address all of your companion's health care needs. 

Emergencies always receive top priority at our hospital. If you have an emergency during our regular business hours, please try to call ahead so we can be prepared for your arrival.  Upon arrival, check in at the front desk and we will address your companion’s needs immediately. 

For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. "Drop-Off" means you can bring your companion in at a time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours or all day. We have a doctor scheduled to see drop-off patients every day. The doctor will examine your companion and contact you with any recommendations before proceeding with treatment. Once the doctor finishes addressing your companion's every health care need, we will give you a call to review the visit and go over any instructions we have for home care.

Patient Arrival Policy

Even though we make every effort to ensure our patients feel comfortable during their visit, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your companion. We require all pets be placed on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering our waiting room.



Medical Records Request Policy

A fee up to $15.00 per patient may be charged for administrative costs associated with reproducing/transmitting records and must be paid prior to record transmittal or pick up.
